In the process of strategy actualizing and management, a company needs prompting its core ability; the every unit in the process must grow its core ability depending to the resources acquirable. While trying to clarify that we must adjust our strategy and the industrial structure when we found ourselves in an awkward predicament of the company, research and determine the development strategy.
