Research On Coordinate Evaluation Of Energy-economy-environment System Of Hebei Province

Energy is the material basis of human social development, the environment is the carrier of the energy, is the space of survival and development of various biological, only by maintaining the balance of ecological systems, we will ensure the sustainable use of natural energy, so as to realize the sustainable development of human society. Thus, by conducting systematic and comprehensive evaluation and analysis of coordinated development of energy-economy-environment (3E) of Hebei province, finding out their problems, and doing scientific orientation of the coordinated development level of 3E system of Hebei Province, has important practical significance of sustainable developmentthe of economic and social.Firstly, based on the review of relative research theories and methods of domestic and abroad of coordinated development of 3E system, this paper made in-depth analysis of 3E complex system, explained the meaning and features of 3E system and every elements, the basic theories of coordinated development of 3E system, and analysed the relationship between energy, economy and environment; Secondly, analyzed the development status and relationship of energy, economy and environment of Hebei Province; Thirdly, according to the appraisal principles of coordinated development evaluation index system, the article constructed the horizontal and vertical evaluation index system of coordinated development of 3E system for Hebei Province, adopt the method of combinating expert judging method and entropy method to determine the index weight, through the comparison of every evaluation methods, determined to use GRAM method to make horizontal evaluation of coordinated development level of 3E system for Hebei Province, use Membership method to make vertical evaluation:Fourthly, established GRAM model, made horizontal evaluation of coordinated development level of 3E system for the country's 30 provinces (lack of Tibet) in 2008, analyzed the gap of coordinated development level of 3E system of Hebei Province and other provinces:Fifthly, the article established Membership model, analyzd the coordinated development level and coordinated development growth and coordination degree of 3E system for Hebei Province, summed up the the problems existing in the coordinated development of 3E system of Hebei Province; In the end, according to the problems existing in the coordinated development of 3E system of Hebei Province, the article put forward some countermeasure and suggestions to enhance the coordinated development level of 3E system of Hebei Province.
