Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Of Yunnan Province, County,

County-economy has always played an important role in the development of the country. However, with the county-economy's developing, county environmental and ecological development and utilization of resources are a number of issues have emerged one after another. Since these issues are highlight and sharp, which gradually undermined the ability of the county's long-term development and space, therefore, county sustainable development became an important issue on the study of Chinese sustainable development. The evaluation of county sustainable development is one crucial integral part in it, but so far in this regard the special study was relatively few.Based on the research of domestic and foreign sustainable development theory, combining county-economy's characteristics, the discussion establishes one evaluating indicator system of county sustainable development, which suits the development level of Yunnan Province. At the same time, through the empirical study's form to Jianshui county Yunnan province, the level and the coordinated degree of sustainable development has been made in this county from 2003 to 2006. And the empirical analysis is achieved by three kinds of evaluation models. These three kinds of evaluation model are including one traditional evaluation model that is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and two kinds of more novel extension named set evaluation model (ES) and Set Pair Analysis model (SPA). Through three kinds of model evaluation result's comparative analysis, this article has made the basic appraisal to the sustainable development situation of Jianshui in these four years, and aimed at the numerous question discussion revealed by the measure results to give the corresponding countermeasure. Then the limitation of evaluation index system existed in the article has been summarized by the end of this article, and finally the next step studied direction has also been proposed.The significance of this article lies in through establishing the county sustainable development indicator system and utilizing mathematics assessment method, explores one kind of scientific and effective appraisal pattern to suit the Yunnan area, and hopes that can provide one novel thinking about the research way of county sustainable development in western China.
