Intravenous infusion is one of the most effective methods commonly used in clinical treatment. During the infusion process, the rate of intravenous infusion depends on the ingredient, the patients' body and the dose. It is necessary to supervise the process and provide prompt message to the nurses to replace the medicament or end the process of infusion. Recording the real-time infusion process and collecting the cases to avoid medical disputes is important with treating some special patients. At the present time, the above missions are accomplished by the nurses, patients, or the chaperones respectively. And some works can't be accomplished hand-actuated. Actually, medical accident occurs due to the negligence during the long time of infusion by means of manpower. Therefore, the application of modern electronic technology, computer technology, wireless communication technologies such as advanced technology and the means to design a low cost, easy-to-use and reliable security management solution has become an inevitable trend of the system.To avoid the traditional solution for the lack of a safety management system based on computer and wireless transmission technology hospital intravenous infusion and safety management system.In this thesis, the domestic in the intravenous infusion safety management and the development of wireless transmission technology and the status quo is researched, the unified management of the hospital for the intravenous infusion and safety management system model is put forward, and two methods such as supervising the liquid or the drop speed are designed. The system is designed by computer-centered information management system to monitor wireless solution for the information collection tools, wireless communication means for information transmission, the realization of the security situation of the hospital transfusion of wireless management.The main works of the design and research are as follows:1. Designed and realized the whole system based on liquid supervising .Researched the liquid detecting circuit, power supply circuit wireless communication circuit and PCB design.2. Constructed the communication network to realize wireless intravenous infusion supervise. Focused on the wireless communications data frame format, channel coding algorithm and anti-collision algorithm. The network topology of the system ishub-and-spoke, and the routing method is static relay.3. Design and realization a computer-platform security and management solution for a hospital information system and the design and implementation of software. Finished part of the design of the system based on the drop speed.
