Vein infusion is a most common therapy method in the clinical, nurses need to accord the medication and Patient's condition Choose the right infusion rate in the process of patient's infusion therapy. Now, The monitoring of the vein infusion is artificial methods , so there are a large number of escort in ward that easily lead to cross-infection, and patients are not given a good rest, that will affect the quality of treatment and patient rehabilitation. A kind of automatic monitoring system based on MCU and Bluetooth wireless transmission technology is designed in paper in order to overcome the shortages in the processing of transfusion care .the shortage are that patient escort or nurses need to observe the state of the infusion at any time, that will involve energy and efficiency is low, is not conducive to ward of the integrated management of the state.Infusion Intelligent System Monitoring includes two parts:(1) main station (host computer) is included by computer and Bluetooth devices. Medical personnel can use Transfusion Monitoring And Management Software which is designed by VB to monitor and control the infusion of the patient. The main station through the Bluetooth device to receive the real-time information from the base station (the next-bit machine), Medical personnel by calling the monitoring module of the infusion status display to the user interface can know at a glance the state of the infusion process, Medical personnel can also send command to base station to change the running status of equipment and the patient's infusion rate .There is basic information for patients to add, delete, modify; patient transfusion monitoring, recording and other functions in Infusion Monitoring And Management Software.(2) base station is constituted by a number of independent that monitoring the process of a patient's infusion, every MCU system is included by keyboard input and display module, detection module, date of infusion control module, sound and light alarm module and Bluetooth transmission equipment.Fuzzy control method is applied to the control of the process of infusion, application of fuzzy control to the droplet control actuators to control, does not require a precise mathematical model, thus resolving the difficulties of establishing a mathematical model. Fuzzy control have good convergence and have advantage on Fuzzy computing, fuzzy control rules can be expressed with less knowledge , system is simple and transparent can efficient integrated intelligent control the process of infusion.
