Effect Of Guanmailing Decoction On Blood Lipids In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Complicated Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the effect of Guanmailing Decoction on blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two .groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Guanmailing Decoction,1, packet twice a day, and the control group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule by oral taking 2 tablets two times a day. The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 weeks. The change of blood lipids and hemorrheology parameters were tested before and after treatment.Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, hemorrheology changed obviously in the treated group and the control. There were significant differences in the parameters of TC, TG HDL-C and hemorrheology between two groups.Conclusion:Guanmailing Decoction can effectively improve blood lipids metabolism and the hemorrheology parameters.
