| Objective: To study the correlation between histopathological findings and spiral CT apperances of Peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma.Methods: 1. Fifty-eight cases with peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma (Peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma diameters were not bigger than 3.0 centimeter)were analysed retrospectively ,including 41men, 70.6%,17 women,29.3%, the average year old(51.65±9.63) . Final diagnosis were confirmed histologically or cytologically by means of surgery or percutaneous needle biopsy. 2. To execise spiral CT lamina san and targeted scan as wel as enhancement scanings, Spiral CT findings and histopathological records of Peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma in 58 cases were analysed retrospectively and their relation was comparatively analyzed. The SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: 1 the position of lesions were no difference in all kinds of histopathological group(P>0.05).2 (1)Spicule sign:, adenocarcinoma ,adenosquamous carcinoma were more than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05).(2)Lobular sign: squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma were more than adenocarcinoma (P<0.05).(3)Vacuole sign: adenocarcinoma was more than squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma (P<0.05). (4)Vessel convergence:there were no difference in all kinds of histopathologi -cal group(P>0.05).(5)Pleural indentation: adenocarcinoma ,adenosquamous carcinoma were more than squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.05).There are difference in all kinds of histopathology in enhancement(P<0.05).Conclusion: There are certain relation between spril CT apperances and histopathology in peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma CT apperances may be one of the evidence in diagnosing the the histopathological type in Peripheral small Pulmonary Carcinoma. |
