| Objective:To probe the clinical value of low-dose scanning with16-slice spiral CT in detection of secondary active pulmonary tuberculosis in adults.Methods:Choose130cases of adult activity of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis requires several review, routine dose (120mA) was performed immediately after scanning, low dose (15~40mA) scanning, two kinds of scanning are fixed tube voltage of120Kv, and the image of two scanning to smoothing filtering way thin slice reconstruction1.25mm, image quality evaluation for image two scans and thin reconstruction obtained; records of the two scans and thin reconstruction imaging characteristics, the CT dose index (CTDIvol), the dose length product (DLP) and short-term efficacy parameters, calculates the effective dose (ED) and for quantitative measurement and evaluation of difference. Results:Between conventional dose and low-dose CT scanning image quality had no significant difference (P=0.1210); no statistically significant differences between the two kinds of scanning mode and thin slice reconstruction image quality, consistent image quality (P>0.05); two kinds of scanning and reconstruction found ground-glass density lesions, tree-in-bud sign, consolidation lesions, cavity, bronchiectasis, bronchial stenosis, intralesional calcification in seven kinds of imaging showed no significant difference (P>0.05), consistent with the features of images; the lesions improvement rate of85.4%.At the same time by the X-ray radiation dose examination were decreased significantly.Conclusion:Low-dose spiral CT scanning of lung in adult activity detection effect of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with conventional doses of CT, reduces the radiation dose, check for many times and can be used with pulmonary tuberculosis. |
