(2) The level of GSES was not significant in the study group and the control group before the intervention (P >0.05); the score of GSES increased significantly in the study group after the intervention(P<0.01). (3) The scores of positive coping of TCSQ and negative coping were not significant in the study group and the control group before the intervention (P>0.05); the score of positive coping of TCSQ increased significantly in the study group(P<0.01), the score of negative coping decreased resultingfrom the intervention (P<0.05). (4) The level of NWSQ was not significant in the study group and the control group before the intervention (P> 0.05); the score of NWSQ decreased significantly in the study group resulting from the intervention(P<0.01). (5 ) The scores of MBI exhausting emotion, job indifferent and sense of achievement were not significant in the study group and the control group before the intervention (P>0.05); the scores of MBI exhausting emotion and job indifferent decreased significantly in the study group(P< 0.01),the score of sense of achievement increased significantly in the study group resulting from the intervention(P<0.01). (6) The scores of Tangible support, Belonging support and Self-Esteem support were not significant in the study group and the control group before the intervention (P>0.05); the scores of above items increased significantly in the study group after the intervention(P <0.01).Conclusions:(1) WLST could effectively decrease the level of anxiety and depression in ICU nurses.
