Study On Influencing Factors Of Health-Seeking Delay Of Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis In Xinjiang During 2010-2015

Objective : To study the Xin Jiang uygur autonomous region center for disease control and prevention in 2010-2015,201346 cases of tuberculosis(TB)patients diagnosed and registered in,analysis and influencing factors of tuberculosis(TB)patient delay(PD)situation。Method:Derived from TB management information system in Xin Jiang district 14(state),2010-2015,registered a total of 201346 cases of TB case data,descriptive analysis related delays treatment,using Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of delay to the patient。Results:The median delay time for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)in Xin Jiang is 38 days,patient delay rate is 78.8%;The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis show that,compared with Han nationality,cadres,first treatment,physical examination,smear positive,Uygur ethnic group(OR = 1.439,95% CI: 1.388 1.492)and the hui nationality(OR = 1.312,95% CI:1.218 1.412),classifications for housekeeping,housework and unemployment(OR =1.126,95% CI: 1.031 1.230)and the farmers and herdsmen(OR = 1.184,95% CI: 1.0921.283)and Outgoing personnel(OR = 1.125,95% CI: 1.019 1.243)and retreatment(R)(OR = 2.158,95% CI: 1.053 4.422),The patient comes from a medical visit due to illness(OR = 1.728,95% CI: 1.589 1.878)and recommended because of illness(OR =2.140,95% CI: 1.963 2.333),did not look up phlegm(OR = 1.138,95% CI: 0.751 1.723)higher risk of delay.Kirgiz nationality(OR = 0.813,95% CI: 0.728 0.909),the classification of the registration for recurrence(OR = 0.423,95% CI: 0.206 0.868)and return(OR = 0.033,95% CI: 0.015 0.075)and initial failure(OR = 0.191,95% CI: 0.0900.405),patients with source for contacts(OR = 0.732,95% CI: 0.619 0.867),the flow inthe city(OR = 0.738,95% CI: 0.703 0.776),The diagnosis was smear of yin(SY)(OR =0.785,95% CI: 0.764 0.806)and tuberculous pleurisy(TP)(OR = 0.462,95% CI: 0.4030.529)is lower than the han nationality,new patients,physical examination,local and smear positiv(SP)。Conclusion:Xin Jiang region TB diagnosis delay phenomenon is relatively serious,nationality,occupation,household registration,registration of classification,treatment of classification,the source of patients and the diagnosis result all is the main influencing factors of delayed in the treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis(TB)patients in Xin Jiang。...
