Objective:According to the wholism of TCM, to evanulate the threputic effects of TCM artificial menstrual cycle (formula created by self) to treat delayed menstrual cycle, to provide scientific evidence for the future reseach and clinic appilication.Methods:Collecting 110 cases of clinic patients who was diagnosed as delayed Menstrual cycle since-August 2008 to September 2009, using TCM artificial menstrual cycle (formula created by self) to treat them, the four different stages by stage respectively medicine:The later (Nourish "Yin" kidney menstrual function), The square between period (Kidney invigorate the menstrual function), Earlier menstruation (Wen renal spleen menstrual function), menstrual(Through the blood),In different stages, according to the patient menstruation postponed phenomena, and with reference to its fundamental temperature, gynecology b-sonography and hormones, etc, choose different formulas. Treatment for a period of three menstrual cycle, a follow-up and three months after treatment, efficacy ZhouXiaoGuo by temperature change and foundation, the symptom scores as major changes to observe index, age, duration, illness, and clinical symptoms of drug efficacy as the correlation through statistical analysis.Results:For 110 cases of menstrual period patients recovered comprehensive results:57 patients recovered, accounting for 51.8%, powerfully 18 cases, accounting for 16.4 %; effective 27 cases,accounting for 24.5%, invalid 8 cases, accounting fo7.2%, with the total effective 92.8%, After treatment, the main symptoms accompanied symptom scores points and it was significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment after treatment, the main clinical symptoms improved menstrual cycle, the first is the color, the quantity and quality improvement with significant difference (P<0.01), followed by former breast pain, menstrual pain with waist sour symptoms improved also have significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment cycle before treatment improved based temperature has significant difference (P< 0.05). Research results related factors and clinical observation showed that patients with age, duration of treatment of TCM and the disease cycle period of efficacy, menstruation, light, age of short duration treatment effect is relatively good. Without adverse drug process after treatment, patients were 3 months of follow-up, no recurrence or worse.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can be effective for delayed menstrual cycle and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms related to that of the party has a good adjustment of the menstrual cycle and the overall regulatory role, and its mechanism may be related to traditional Chinese medicine-cycle therapy can adjust the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis of ovarian function, the promotion of follicular development, induce ovulation mature follicle to promote the development of corpus luteum and other effects.
