The Study Of Acupuncture Regulating Menstrual Circadian Rhythm Method Treating Menstruation Delay In PCOS

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the effects and objective to evaluate the curative of regulating menstrual circadian rhythm method with acupuncture to treat menstruation delay woman with PCOS,and provide clinical evidence.MethodsWe chose 135 patients in acupuncture clinic and gynecology clinic of Guangdong provincial hospital from June 2017 to December 2017,which had the syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency.A non-blind,randomized controlled trial was used.The western medicine group,ordinary acupuncture group and special acupuncture group were set up.Each group has 45 people.All were treated for 3 months.1 month for 1 course of treatment,the menstrual cycle,accompanying symptoms,daily symptoms and basal body temperature changes were observed before and after treatment.The criterion of curative effect is adopted in the clinical research guiding principles of Chinese medicine new drugs.Establish database and use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.The curative effect,clinical effect and basal body temperature of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Finally,we evaluate the clinical curative effects of this therapy objectively.ResultsAdjust the curative effect of the menstrual cycle between three groups,the advantages of western medicine group were obvious,which total effective rate is 100%.The total effective rate of normal acupuncture group was 75.6%.The total effective rate of special acupuncture group was 77.8%.The difference between special acupuncture group and normal acupuncture group was not statistically significant.In the clinical efficacy comparison of three groups,the advantages of western medicine group were obvious,which total effective rate is 100%.The total effective rate of normal acupuncture group and special acupuncture group was the same 77.8%.Although the two groups were statistically different,the difference was not statistically significant.Compare the basal body temperature of the three groups,the total effective rate of western medicine group was 53.3%.The total effective rate of normal acupuncture group and special acupuncture group was the same 55.8%.The difference between western medicine group and specialacupuncture group was not statistically significant.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of regulating menstrual circadian rhythm method with acupuncture on the treatment of spleen-phlegm in late period of PCOS is good.It can effectively treat menstruation later,improve ovarian function.The adjustment of the menstrual cycle is not as effective as western medicine.But the treatment effect was the same as that of traditional acupuncture.In clinical application security,has the promotion value.
