Objective:By using the GuanxiNning-Injection articulatory antrum injection with the Chinese herb fumigation and the streaming therapy in treating the INFH, to evaluate the overall effect during the process of the treatment and the clinical application.Method:With the Ficat clinical stage I, II phase of the femoral head for vascular necrosis of the clinical observation of objects, divide them into two random groups, each group including 30 patients. The treating group: using the GuanxinNing-Injection articulatory antrum injection with the Chinese herb fumigation and the streaming therapy to treat the INFH; The control group, using the GuanxinNing-Injection articulatory antrum injection to treat the INFH. Compare the hip pain, the hip mobility, the walking distance and the the overall effect during the following 6 months' treatment.Result:In the treatment of avascular necrosis in the index, the GunxinNing-Injection articulatory antrum injection with the Chinese herb fumigation and the streaming therapy were better than the control group, improve the hip pain, the hip mobility, the walking distance and the the overall effect during the following 6 months'treatment.Conclusion:the GuanxinNing-Injection articulatory antrum injection with the Chinese herb fumigation and the streaming therapy can obviously improve the patients with hip avascular osteonecrosis, The general curative effect is distinct and suitable for clinical promotion.
