| Objective:By Guanxinning Injection of articular cavity injection combined with Massage manipulation for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, evaluating its overall efficacy and clinical application in the treatment process.Methods:In the period from January2011to January2012, Collected60INFH cases from orthopedics department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine, according to a hospital order of admission will meet the inclusion criteria of60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group:Guanxinning Injection of articular cavity injection.Treatment group: Guanxinning Injection of articular cavity injection combined with Massage manipulation. Clinical follow-up for3month that adopted the pain index, the degree of hip motion and internationally recognized Harris scoring criteria to appraise the improvement situation of patients with symptoms of ischemic necrosis of femoral head before and after the treatmentResults:After treatment, the pain index, hip joint activity and Harris score of patients in the treatment group significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanxinning Injection in articular cavity injection combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head can further improve the clinical efficacy, improve hip function in patients, enhance the patient’s quality of life. |
