Research Of Metabolic Characteristic Of Hypertension Of Syndrome Of Ascendant Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang Based On Lc-ms Technology And Evalution Of Pingan Prescription

The study is funded from the National Natural Science Foundation of the subject "Research of Metabolic Mechanism of Pinggan Prescription Interventing Hypertension of syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang (No:30772865) ".Metabolomics is a new discipline which emergenced gradually after genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics in the late nineties of the last century.It is an important component of systems biology. Metabolomics describe the law of the organisms response to external changes through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of endogenous metabolites which is produced at a special time or under the conditions by the cells of a biological system. So it has been used in plant functional genomics,disease diagnosis,toxicology,microbiology and other fields. The study is devided into two parts.One is the research of Metabolic Mechanism of Hypertension of syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang,and the other is the intervention study on patients of Hypertension of syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang.The former study detect the plasma metabolites of patients and health people by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) techniques.The result obtained through the comparative analysis is that there are obvious differences between patients and the health volunteers.It laid the foundation for the reseach of essence of Hypertension of syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang. The later observed the syndrome, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, three routin tests and adverse reactions before and after the treatment. The result is that Pingganjiangya Granule has good effect in treating Hypertension of syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang.
