Clinical Observation Of Tianma Gouteng Granule Combined With Felodipine Tablets In The Treatment Of Hypertension Of Liver-yang Hyperactivity

Purpose:To explore the efficacy and safety of Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with felodipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.Material and method:A total of 72 patients with liver yang hyperactivity hypertension were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with felodipine tablets,while the control group was treated with felodipine tablets.During the experiment,12 cases fell off,and a total of 60 effective cases completed the whole experiment.There were 30 cases in each group.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the efficacy and safety of Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with felodipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang were discussed by observing the efficacy index and safety index.Results:1.effectiveness: 1.1.diastolic blood pressure: the diastolic blood pressure of the test group and the control group decreased(p < 0.01),and the test group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).1.2 systolic blood pressure: systolic blood pressure of the test group and the control group decreased(p < 0.01),and the test group was better than the control group(p< 0.01).1.3.Total effective rate of blood pressure: the total effective rate of blood pressure in the test group is 93.33%,and that in the control group is 80%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.01).1.4.TCM syndrome points: the TCM syndrome points of the experimental group and the control group decreased(p < 0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(p < 0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome points in the experimental group was 86.67%,and that in the control group was 60%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).1.5.quality of life table score: both the experimental group and the control group improved(p< 0.01),and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.01).2.safety: there is no clinical significance in comparing the safety indexes(blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram)before and after the experiment(p > 0.05).And no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment.Conclusion:1.Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with felodipine tablets can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with liver-yang hyperactivity hypertension,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical curative effect is superior to that of felodipine tablets alone.It is clinically effective.2.Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with felodipine tablets is clinically safe in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.
