| The study is funded from the National Natural Science Foundation of the subject“Research of Metabolic Mechanism of Pinggan Prescription Interventing HypertensiveHyperactivity of Liver-Yang Syndrome(No:30772865).Objective: To preliminary study the plasma characteristic metabolites of patients withhyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome in hypertension,to further study on substance ofsyndrome of hyperactivity of Liver-Yang sydrome inhypertension.Simultaneously, tosearch the role of Pingganjiangya Decoction metastasising in the hippocampus. Methods: In the experiment study, we adopted~1H-NMR to detect plasma of patientswith hyperactivity of Liver-Yang Sydrome and Yin-yang deficiency in hypertension andnormal plasma and Each group spontaneously hypertensive rats of the hippocampusorganization, respectively to record the chromatograms and to look for characteristicmetabolite. In the clinical study. Results: The results of PCA have shown that the dispersion of healthy group is largerthan the other two groups, and the Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome overlaps withYin-yang Deficiency Syndrome. Ping Gan prescription of alcohol extract treatment groupintervention in spontaneously hypertensive rats in space closer to the normal group and itseffect is also better than the captopril group.Conclusions:~1H-NMR is capable of identifying the metabolic modes of Liver-yangHyperactivity Syndrome and Yin-yang Deficiency Syndrome and it may become to thediagnostic tool for TCM syndromes. |
