Nuclear Meter Joint Function Of Teaching Instrument

This thesis presents a union function instructional meter of nuclear gauges, providing a better solution for college isotope meters related experiments. The thesis introduces a project design of union function instructional meter of nuclear gauges. The data processing and display module (DPDM) electric circuit principle design, and development of software are introduced in this thesis. Finally, the data processing and display module was used to data measure in the laboratory; the result of simulation testing was well.The thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the background information of isotope meters, level gauge, density gauge and thickness gauge, putting forward purpose and significance of the research work.; Chapter 2 describes a total the project of design for the union function instructional meter of nuclear gauges; Chapter 3 tells the circuit principle design of data processing and display module (DPDM) based on the TMS320LF2407A DSP chip. The DPDM is made up of power supplier conversion circuit, Clock & reset circuit, liquid crystal displayer circuit, keyboard circuit, DA circuit and PC interface circuit. Relied on the DSP chip, the speed of DPDM on digital signal acquisition and processing is improved. In chapter 4, software development of data processing and display module is introduced. On the software design, modularized program has been used, the procedure flow chart is introduced, and explanation on digital processing is given. It is made up of system initialization circuit, liquid crystal displayer circuit, timing counting circuit, keyboard scanning circuit, data display circuit and data processing circuit. Chapter 5 describes the experiment of the system in the laboratory using function generator. The simulation experiment demonstrates that the DPDM of union function instructional meter of nuclear gauges can be achieved the desired objective; finally, the summary and outlooks are given.
