With fast development of computer simulation technology and the electronic technology, the radar simulation technology has been developed fast and has been a popular research field gradually. As an important application of the radar simulation technology, radar system simulator, which has many particular advantages such as safety, economy, agility and fidelity, is being paid more and more attention and becoming an efficient way for military training.To implement a simulation system of the airborne fire control radar, the simulation system scheme is designed in this dissertation. Modeling and simulation of the fire control radar system and environment are analyzed as well. Associating with software technology, the simulation system software of airborne fire control radar is implemented by using Visual C++.Firstly, the background of this project is introduced. Based on the structure of the airborne fire control radar system, its system task is analyzed. Secondly, framework of simulation system is established according to the design principle. Moreover, the simulation system is partitioned into different modules by different functions, and their relationships are described. Thirdly, models of the fire control radar system and environment are discussed and analyzed in detail, and the simulation method and flow of these models are proposed. At last, implement of the airborne fire control radar simulation system in the form of software is discussed in detail. Development environment and operation environment for developing the system software are introduced. The main methods for system realization and the system operation flow are proposed. Different fire control radar work patterns are simulated in the system software. Output waves and results of some system functions are presented by system simulation.Our simulation system of airborne fire control radar system has passed the function check successfully. It is proved that the simulation system is valuable. However, there are still some performances which can be improved in order to make it applied more widely.
