"Steady-state scanning parameters tests of Tip Sensing Projectile (TSP)" is one of the key projects in the development of TSP. The precise processing of the testing data is a crucial technique of this project, which is essential for reconstructing the flying behavior of TSP. The main tasks of this paper are ameliorating the black box sub-system and developing interface and transacting software of the ground laser radar. On the basis of previous work, we developed a new data processing system by use of DSP&OOP. The new system overcame the problems existed in the old data processing system successfully, such as the BUG which cause program dead loop when the data is too long, and the frequency leak due to principle limit of FFT filter. In addition, we eliminated the measurement error brought on by phase warp. The laser radar sub-system determines the heights of the TSP according to the slant height and the oblique angle measured by the laser range finder and the electronic theodolite simultaneously. By lucubrating the motion law of TSP, we decided to compute decent velocities with least-squares procedure & two ranks curve fitting. The laser radar sub-system was successfully applied on the spot tests of TSP 's decent velocities and presented large number of decent velocities data.
