Isocyanate Adhesive Crop Straw And Wood-based Panels Industry In Applied Research

This thesis is about the use of isocyanate as adhesive in making man-made board with agricultural residues. The present situation of production and material source of man-made board was introduced in the prolegomenon which described the appearance,development and status quo of agricultural residues board. The synthesis and characteristics and reactivity traits of isocyanate adhesive were introduced in the second par. The integrated utilization of agricultural residues was introduced in the third part. The forth part is about the application of isocyanate as adhesive, which contains the research of isocyanate adhesive in producing man-made board with agricultural residue, the technique of making man-made board with agricultural residues, the influence of the lab condition to the performance of man-made board, the solidified condition of isocyanate adhesive as well as optimization of the technique. The comparison of isocyanate adhesive's industrial application was researched in the fifth part and all the work of this thesis was summarized in the last part .This thesis consists of six parts. The first part is about the survey of the application of agricultural residues and isocyanate in domestic and foreign. The last part is the conclusion. The others are about the characteristic of agricultural residues and the production ,the characteristic and it's application of isocyanate adhesive.
