Starch grafted styrene acrylic emulsion adhesive, urea formaldehyde resin esterified starch adhesive, modified starch adhesive residue of agricultural product, and biomass solid adhesive of starch based aqueous adhesives were prepared with starch as the main raw material. The relation of the structure of adhesive and properties of adhesive was studied by investigating the viscosity, the particle size distribution, contact angle, peel strength, fluidity of adhesive emulsion. First, using styrene and butyl acrylate as monomers, starch graft copolymer emulsion be synthesized, the effect of functional monomer, synthetic conditions, crosslinking agent, tackifier resin on the emulsion bond strength were examined. Paper plastic laminating adhesive, peel strength reached 0.49KN/m, was prepared, and it's cost performance is better than similar imported goods. Second, using urea formaldehyde resin as esterification agent to modify starch, the starch latex was prepared with two kinds of different methods, directly adding urea formaldehyde resin prepolymer and urea formaldehyde respectively. Developing a new type of starch adhesive with high solid content, long storage period, low cost and environment friendly by adding reinforcing agent. Then, modification of potato residue with oxidant and enzyme for the partial substitution starch to prepare adhesive for corrugated paper; Developed tackifying and moisture proof agent ZK3, in the cold pasting condition when the adding amount is 0.5%, the bond strength of the starch adhesive can reach the goods when the potato residue replacement was 50%, and moisture resistance increased by 15%, significantly reduce the cost of raw materials. Opened up a new way of potato residue of high value utilization. Finally, using the modified potato-dregs instead of starch and natural wood flour prepare bamboo incense adhesive, thr effect of viscosity thickening of natural powders were evaluated. By comparison, found that the developed bamboo flavor powder with better performance than goods, also offers a new thought for solve the problem of commodity in the elm bark and nan bark powder resources are dwindling.
