Study On Modified Water Based Polymer--Isocyanate Adhesive For Wood

The paper modified studies the formulation of aqueous vinyl polymer solution-isocyanate adhesive(API),which improve comprehensive operational performance .The paper first study polyvinyl acetate emulsion by copolymerized means as one of the API basis. The inarch copolymerized emulsion is synthesized both vinyl acetate and several functional monomer, which improve whole use. especially obvious heightening water-resistant by DT3,at the same time reducing the glass transition temperature(Tg) of emulsion. Therefore, It establish base to modified API character. In addition, the paper synthesize solidified solution by blocked isocyanate that reduce direct connection both isocyanate (-NCO) and hydroxy (-OH), which solve problem of short pot life. Cross linking agents for solidified solution enhance the adhesive strength of wood. Finally the paper ascertain API application amount of each element by upright-crossing optimization experiment design. One point to declare is that Quercus Mongolica wood is used as testing material instead of birth wood in boiling water experiments. Thus the difficulty to meet the standard turns to be greater. The obtained results reach or exceed JAS Ispection Standard.By experiments ,a higher water-resistant adhesive formulation for Quercus Mongolica wood and other hard wood blend glue together, which lengthen pot life. Weight ratio between water based polymer and solidified solution is ascertained 100:(10-15). Which adjust its ratio in terms of application and enviroment in order to optimal purpose. The adhesive is made in Glued-panel manufacturing, Which achieve the object about "small blocks for laminated wood and poor quanlity material for better use". If it can achieve production of API, which is helpful for development of wood industry.
