209. In The Original Associating Polymer Flooding

The polymer flooding is adding some water-soluble high molecule polymer to the injection water to improve the mobility ratio and the sweeping efficiency by reducing the aqueous phase penetration coefficient and increasing aqueous phase viscosity and to enhance the recovery of the crude oil.Although the polymer flooding, one of the important technical method of the late development of the oilfield, But the widely used polymers in field are polyacrylamide. The technical measure has been used widely, however, polymer flooding mainly prefer to be used in Moderate — low temperature and Moderate — low salinity reservoir. Because of weak insistence to high temperature and high salinity of polyacrylamide, the viscosity of polymers even low, although the high polymer content (such as 5000mg/L~10000mg/L).There is no good flooding oil effectiveness and not fit to profits. Today, we take no steps to high temperature and high salinity reservoir. The main goal of the article is to find out the just polymer which can be used to high temperature and high salinity reservoir, and to design seasonable plans of polymer flooding by lab experiment and mathematical simulation. The effectiveness of polymer flooding will be proved in field. The result can wide the application domain of polymer. Make it come true that polymer can be used in high temperature and high salinity reservoir.In view of the shortage of ordinary polyacrylamide that can not used to high temperature and high salinity reservoir, combine with the characteristics of Wen 209 in ZhongYuan oil field (reservoir temperature between 95 ℃ ~ 98 ℃ ,salinity 320,000mg/L~370,000mg/L). In lab, the association polymer has been valued, the results has been proved in oilfield.The key jobs of the article are followings:1. The article valued the association polymer by lab experiments and physical model experiments, high temperature and high salinity reservoir in the conditions of Wen 209;2. Accord to the numerical modeling software , the text association polyme flooding guiding lease pilot test carry on optimization design to form wen 209 more better predict the result;3. The infection of oilfield to water-oil wells has been studied, the study results prove that the association polymers flooding is effective in Wen 209.
