Because of the high temperature and high salinity of ANDES reservoir, the surfactant may deposit and adsorpt in the porous media. By combining polymer and surfactant during the flooding, the oil recovery can be effectively improved.Basing on the condition of ANDES reservoir, this paper provided 4 types of polymer. The viscosity increasement, temperature tolerance, and stability properties of the polymer were tested in the experiments. According to the testing results, HAP5 possesses the best property,so that HAP5 was chosen as the oil displacement agent in ANDES reservoir. Then, rheology and static adsorption experiments were done to study the specific properties of ANDES reservoir. The experiment results shows that the optimal concentration of HAP5 is 3000 mg/L,the optimal injection volume is 0.5 PV, and inject polumer in an early time is a wise choise. To solve the heterogeneity problems of ANDES reservoir, HAP5/methenamin was used to plug the reservoir. The experiments show that HAP5/methenamin fits well with the high temperature and high salinity reservoir conditions, and possess good plugging effect with75-80%. Finally, tests were done to study the properties of surfactant. When the surfactant concentration is 0.3%, the interfatial tension of the petroleum sulfonate PS2 will reach10-3m N/m, with littlie static adsorption, so that this concentration fits well with the reservoir condition. In the experiment, HAP5/PS2 possesses good properties. The oil displacement experiments show that the optimal injection method is water flooding(until water cut reaches85%)+0.5PV polymer/surfactant binary combination system(polymer HAP5(3000mg/L)+surfactant(3000mg/L))+ water flooding(until water cut 98%).
