Research On Evaluation Of Exploration And Development Sustainable Development For Changqing Oil-field

In recent years, with the acceleration of international competition in the oil industry, domestic oil enterprise gradually into the period of end about the exploration and development, in which the difficulty more and more deepen, it's require us to increase exploration and development efforts, while increasing oil with natural-gas reserves and production, people pay more and more attention to oil companies sustainable development. How to enhance the competitiveness of China's oil fields, in the steady reform to achieve sustainable development, it has important practical significance. Sustainable development is a new concept , it refers not only economic sustainable development, but also includes resources and the environment, economic development and social civilization, including the all-round development. Resources and the environment is the foundation, economic development is the core, social development is the ultimate goal. It is not current and short-term development, but long-term and permanent development, which itself is a continuous process.In this paper, it based on the current status of Changqing oil-field ,according to the latest research results about the theory of sustainable-development in recent years, combined with current instance of oil companies and analysis it, use Factor analysis from the social, economic, environment, resource exploration and development four sub-respectively to analysis, define the concept of evaluation in oilfield enterprise sustainable development about exploration. It based on the results of enterprise to identify business problems and put forward series of policies and measures, which can provide theoretical foundation and strategic direction for the future development of Changqing oil-field, in order to establish a solid foundation for optimize the field structure and thus to promote the sustainable development of oil fields, for future oil exploration and sustainable development of enterprises engaged in a useful exploration.
