Research On Area Distribution Of Chinese Foreign Direct Investment

The intensity of the trend of economic globalization enhances the international division level. In order to adapt to the trend of economic globalization, we need to participate in the international division initiatively. Foreign direct investment has been one of the most important economic activities in the world. Since the different countries (and regions) in the world have diversities, making a scientific and reasonable distribution for foreign direct investment is very important for enhancing enterprises competitive power and national integrated power.In order to make up the insufficient of the construction fund, we use every means to introduce foreign investment but paying little attention to the foreign direct investment during the process of opening up. As the intensity of the trend of economic globalization, the enterprise international management has evolves to an irreversible tendency of world economic development gradually. Selecting a right investment area has been a major problem that the enterprise has to face when it carries out international management during the foreign direct investment.Investment location choice in the Eclectic Theory of International Production,the Theory of Product Life Cycle,German classical location theory and the Factor Endowment Theory are the theoretical basis for our national investment location choice in the foreign direct investment. On this basis the article analysis the location distribution and the excessive centralization of foreign direct investment. When analyzing the factor that influences our choice in target market in foreign direct investment theoretically, this article combines the host country with the investment state. It also puts forward that we need to determine location choice in the foreign direct investment according to enterprises'self-condition. Through establishing the model, the article analyses some factors that influence the location choice in the foreign direct investment and we get the conclusion that China is inclined to invest in the country (and region) which has higher GNP, lower wages and higher level of opening up. At last, it puts forward a proposal that guarantees the reasonable location of our foreign direct investment. We need to enter the target market in developed countries gradually and consolidate and enhance target market in developing countries. We need to select investment target market according to enterprises'Getting out'integrated power and the combination of location choice and industrial choice. It is necessary to establish and perfect information service system of foreign direct investment.
