Research On China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investment Location Choice

Nowadays,with the development of economic globalization,It has become the inevitable choice to take the road of internationalization of economy in the terms of the world.Through foreign direct investment,you can keep away from the tariff barriers to reduce trade friction,improve the domestic industrial structure.When the China has begun the reform and opening-up,It has already embarked on economic development of international road. When we actively attract foreign direct investment, while vigorously promoting foreign direct investment into China’s sustained economic development trend.In2009,China’s outward foreign direct investment has been ranked fifth in the world,marking China’s economy has entered a new stage of international development.Although affected by the economic crisis, China’s outward foreign direct investment stock still has a continuous increase, the world ranked13in2012.With the strong support of the further development of China’s economy and government policies, More and more Chinese enterprises will step up the pace of outward foreign direct investment, and how to choose the location has become the first consideration for outward foreign direct investment.therefore, China’s overseas direct investment hotspot research question is how to carry out the location choice. Firstly this paper systematically analyzes the theory of foreign direct investment,particularly in relation to the location choice of theoretical ideas. Secondly, it introduces the status quo of China’s overseas direct investment in the development stage and location distribution on the status of research, summed up a few characteristics of Chinese overseas direct investment location choice, and the main issues raised by the existence of the location choice.The proposed system factors that affect Chinese foreign direct investment location choice, and the theoretical and empirical analysis of these factors, factors come in different types of Chinese state investment under consideration is the existence of differences.
