With the coming of 21 century, the human society is progressing into the new age of knowledge. Main factors driving social progress is scientific and technological innovation. Science and technology have become a source of prosperity of the country, conditions for regional economic development, the fundamental enterprise development, and continuous development of human civilization and progress of the inexhaustible motive force. International experience shows that a country's prosperity relies on science and technology, and only takes advantage of technological innovation in order to gain the initiative in international competition.At present, China has entered a crucial period for the implementation of modernization; reform and openness have entered a new historical stage. In this historical background, the fundamental way is to improve China's comprehensive national strength as soon as possible when we face up to the fierce international competition. In order to enhance the comprehensive national strength, it is to continuously improve the fundamental scientific and technological innovation. But in China, the technology converting into practical productive forces of the capacity remains weak, the gap between technology and the economy has not been fundamentally resolved, these are still restricting a major obstacle for the social and economic development in China.In this background and reality requirements, this paper researches technology innovation performance of the enterprises. From team learning of the R&D Employees, this paper studies on the impact of technology innovation performance. Talent persons are the key to the activities of technological innovation. They have a good stock of information, high technology and rich practicing experience. All aspects of their ability will be crucial impact on innovation activities.This paper will start with literature review and theoretical analysis, summarizing research of team learning capacity and technology innovation performance. On this basis, this paper chooses some Scales for the R&D personnel about team learning capacity from home and abroad. After gathering the data through questionnaire survey from Anhui, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places of the R&D Employees, and do further summarizing and analyzing accordingly. Through the analysis on the data, it proves that there is a positive correlation between team learning capacity and technology innovation performance. In conclusion, this paper gives the R&D Employees some advices.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the preface, mainly introducing its research background, purposes and meanings, the train of thought, basic methods and innovations.The second chapter is the literature review, which mainly concerns about the literature and theory of team learning capacity and technology innovation performance and the relationship between them.The third chapter is study design, establishes the framework of the research according to the existing results, puts forward the supposition of the theory, and introduces the questionnaire of team learning capacity and technology innovation performance.The fourth chapter is empirical analysis. This chapter analyses the situation of team learning capacity and technology innovation performance by the selection of sample and the data from the questionnaire survey, discusses the questionnaire reliability and validity, differences of the every degree of organizational silence on some population statistics variables, and team learning capacity influencing on technology innovation performance.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part. It makes a general conclusion for this study, and puts forward some suggestions, finally introduces the limitation of the study, and proposes future prospects in this research area.
