Research On The Influence Of Social Capital Of Maker Team In Crowd-innovating Space On Team Innovation Performance

With the development of the Internet industry and the promulgations of relevant economic policies,the wave of "double innovation" has swept across the country.As the main carrier of maker movement,crowd-innovating space has created a "rainforest" ecological environment for the innovation and entrepreneurship of maker activities and played a crucial role in the successful operation of maker teams.As an important indicator to measure the innovation level of maker team,the innovation performance of maker team has attracted the attention of many scholars.Through literature review,the author finds that many scholars advocate the use of "innovation performance" to weigh and quantify the innovation level of maker teams.The author takes this as the research entry point,and expands the vision to the space platform system bearing incubation innovation activities of makers,namely the innovation support system of "Crowd-innovating Space".How to use crowd-innovating space to support and improve the innovation level of maker team has become an urgent problem for the current maker team managers.This paper combines the research background of crowd-innovating space macro operation mode in China,based on the use of 368 valid survey data which were collected in major cities across the country with more than 50 crowd-innovating space for empirical analysis basis,through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 software aggregated analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,multivariate linear regression analysis,mainly explores the interaction and influence among "social capital","team knowledge integration ability","team learning","crowd-innovating space" and "team innovation performance".It aims to provide effective experience and inspiration for the management practitioners of maker space team.The results of the research in this paper are as follows:(?)Social capital of the maker team has a positive relationship with team innovation performance;(?)The knowledge integration ability of maker team partially mediates the relationship between social capital and team innovation performance,including the positive correlation between social capital and team knowledge integration ability of maker teams,and the significant positive correlation between knowledge integration ability and innovation performance of maker teams;(?)The learning ability of maker teams partially mediates the relationship between social capital and team innovation performance,including the positive correlation between social capital of maker teams and team learning ability,as well as the positive correlation between learning ability and innovation performance of maker team;(?)The positive regulating effect of CIS innovation support,including the relationship between the knowledge integration ability of the maker team and the innovation performance of the maker team,and the relationship between the learning ability of the maker team and the innovation performance of the maker team.
