Research On Methods To Recycling Economy And Pollution Prevention In Shahe Glass Industrial Park

Under the traditional economic development models the growth of economic is achived through the waste of resources, with the economic development this model brought more and more disasters. As the global energy crisis and environmental pollution is worsening, how to re-use of resources and reduce environmental pollution has been widely concerned around the world. The emergence of the concept of circular economy makes that people have a new understanding of the use of resources, which reconstructs the economic system the law according to the material circulation of nature ecosystem and energy flow, building a new kind of economy in the process of making the economic system into the material cycle of nature ecosystems harmoniously.This study follows the principle of "reduction, reuse, recycle" of cyclical economy, combine ecological analysis methods, explore the meaning of the coal industry recycling economy development model and establish corresponding indicators of development and evaluation model. Based on the analysis of the Northeast Coal Industrial Park selected, the the feedback-type process of "resources-products-renewable resources" is formed, building from the coal industry to the cycle of chain extension is planed. Through the empirical analysis of Northeast coal industrial parks, the theoretical framework and implementation of assessment methods recycling economy of China's old industrial district are constructed.The recycling economy of coal industry is the current research topics, in comparison with other relevant research, this article have the following characteristic:1) the re-deconstruction of circular economy from the perspective of system theory and extension of circular economy increase the scope of the implementation of circular economy and maneuverability.2) The coal-related industrial chain coordination of mining are discussed. According to the inner core idea of circular economy, the industrial chain of the mine is established; on the baseof topography, transportation, technology and so on, the coordination among the industrial chains is analyzed. Only if the mutual co-ordination and integration of industrial chains the implementation of waste reduction, resource recycling and waste resource are maximized.3) According to the ecological, socio-economic, cultural and other external factors, the environmental monitoring system of the coal industry is build; the future of the mining model of circular economy within the framework of sustainable development is realized by strengthening the execution of the planning.
