The Theory Study Of Circular Economy At Yanping Area, Nanping River Basin Livestock Breeding

With many years of sustained rapid development, China's livestock and poultry breeding industry has made remarkable achievements. People's living standards have been greatly improved by livestock and poultry breeding industry, but it also made enormous pressure on environmental protection. In recent years, although the livestock and poultry breeding industry is moving in the new direction of enlarged scale, it is seriously out of line with the traditional crop farming. Moreover, traditional organic fertilizer has been replaced by chemical fertilizer, the animal pollutants had been a serious threat to human health, and that has become a major source of pollution in rural areas. It is imminent to promote the circular agriculture economy as well as the sustainable and healthy livestock industry.Circular economy emphasizes the most efficient use of resources and protection of the environment, expressed as "resources-products-renewable resources" of economic growth, so that "to minimize pollution, waste recycling and harmless" in order to minimize cost, and to make the greatest economic and environmental benefits. In this study, a comprehensive analysis based on the theory of circular economy at Yanping area, Taiping Town, Nanping River Basin livestock breeding, combined with the current Yanping development statue of livestock and poultry breeding industry; our standing point is to prevent the environmental pollution, with material and energy recycling as the core, our ultimate purpose is to make the circular economy as the basic rule of the development of animal husbandry. We analyzed the current pollution situation in the Taiping town, biogas project construction mode, and a detailed budget for its economic benefits. This means a lot to the environmental pollution problems of the peaceful town, and to alleviate the energy shortage in the rural town of Taiping. That realized the sustainable, healthy and harmonious development of economy, society and environment.
