Regional Culture And The Spatial Economic Development Mode In The Yellow River Basin

The natural difference is very big in the Yellow River basin, where various areas have great spatial differences in economic output, population distribution, urbanized and industrialization, social culture custom and other aspects. Therefore, the spatial economic development mode also presents diversification in the basin. Among numerous factors influencing spatial economic development mode, the non-economic agent gradually receives to take seriously regarding the function of economic development. And, the relations of regional culture and regional economies have being become one of hotspots among the academic circle. In the Yellow River basin, the regional culture has the widespread and profound influence regarding the spatial economic development. This paper attempts to study on several typical regional culture and discussing their function in the spatial development mode from the standpoint of regional culture in the Yellow River basin.The research framework of this paper is: Regional culture's core is energetic culture, the energetic culture may be divided into two parts.The internal energetic culture had molded and affected the peoples' world outlook, then decided their values, and affected the regional economies main body economic decision-making or the behavior.The primary coverage of external energetic culture-established tradition, custom and custom, had affected the regional economies main body economic decision-making or the behavior to a great extent. Making and the execution regional economies decision-making had created spatial economic differences, displaying the industry and agriculture sends exhibition level, city and population, society and other aspects in the Yellow River basin. Therefore, the regional spatial developments are also different, and developing choice of level and development mode,too.After study on many of theories and viewpoints of the culture and regional culture, this paper had defined the regional culture, and summarized its characteristic. Through the empirical analysis, this paper compared with several kinds of typical regional culture characteristic, elaborated the effect to the resource developing and industry clusters, population distribution and urbanized, analyzed the process that regional culture affected population distribution and spatial economic clusters, then promulgates the mechanism that regional culture had affected the spatial economic differentiation in the Yellow River basin. Based on these analysis and study, this paper had summarized to build up the effect way of regional culture to the regional economies, constructed the regional economies growth model under the regional culture influence.Then this paper had analyzed regional culture function when people choose spatial developmental mode, and raised some suggestion that make use of the regional culture promotioning spatial development in the Yellow River basin.Based on the research, this paper reached the following conclusions:The regional culture is all energetic products which in a specific region all previous dynasties inherit, and its core is the energetic culture,which may be divided into two parts. The regional culture through the energetic culture's two parts from the inside and outside two line functions in the regional economies main body, and the economic decision-making which the regional economies main body made had created spatial economic differences, then brought space development diversification in the Yellow River basin. Specifically speaking, naturary talent's differences had aimed at spatial economic layout the Yellow River river course area, but the regional culture along regional economic development's effect way, affected in the regional industry clusters, then had facilitated regional spatial economies differentiation, displaying the population distribution and in the urban economic development spatial differentiation in the basin. Therefore using different methods, further explained the population distribution and urban economic development from the region culture's angle. In the above analysis foundation, this paper obtained the regional economies growth model under the regional culture influence isG=C(i)(Y-W)=C(i)[E(φ(i))f(K,L,R)-W],and has initially discussed the regional culture measurement. Unifies this model, this paper had analyzed under the JinShang culture influencing Shanxi province economic development mode and ZhongYuan culture influencing Henan province economic development mode.In these process, we needs to display the regional culture fully promoting actions, overcome and gradually eliminate the regional culture hindrance function regarding the regional economic development.In a word, the regional culture is one of factors influencing formation and evolution of economic spatial mode, and its mechanism is the region culture affects the regional economies main body the economic decision-making, then affects its spatial economic behavior, finally, affects the formation and evolution of the different spatial economic development mode.
