These allow people to hold their wealth of information is different, the direct result of the consequences is information asymmetry. Therefore, the information asymmetry has become a significant problem in our lives, and along with the development of society, it will become more and more in the near future. I believe more people aware of the impact of asymmetric information on the importance of our lives.In addition,management practice in business management communication is playing an increasingly prominent role of the key in the modern information economy era. The three major business daily management or business management, financial management, human resources management, management does not have a means of communication not only to proceed smoothly. Management communication throughout the entire management practices process is to implement the management functions of the main forms, ways, means and approach. Management communication corporate governance is not only a prerequisite for enterprise health, but also the creation and promotion of entrepreneurship and enterprise culture, the fundamental objective of business management to complete the main approaches and tools. The study shows that the management of Chinese enterprises in 70% of the error is caused due to not good at communication. However, also mentioned in front, with the social development impact of information asymmetry will become more and more affect to our lives, especially in the management of enterprises in the performance of communication are obviously. Because an enterprise need different types of talent,and this enterprise want rapid development of the community-based, it must always keep pace with the speed of information update. All these are the combined effect of the staff of the nature of information. Information asymmetry in the enterprise communication plays an important role, directly related to the effectiveness of management ommunication. However, in reality, access to information is not free, the search costs money, and therefore people's hard to fully understand the information in reality, completed information is impossible to exist, as a result of incomplete information, management participants can not communicate have all the useful information, mainly the asymmetry of information at the same time. Research on the management of communication in today's research, most of them from the perspective of communication research, this article was the point of view of the asymmetric information approach, management of communication for the study. Communication in the management of the participation of the main issue is not just information and recipient information, but also among the media as well as the transfer of the pattern. Communication between different duality exists between the phenomenon of information asymmetry. So companies want to make a difference in the market, we must seriously consider how to circumvent these adverse effects, enhance the effectiveness of communication. I believe that one of the most important way to solve the problem of asymmetric information, to promote the communication of information between the main symmetry, in order to achieve the purpose of risk prevention.This paper argues through theoretical research and empirical studies to combine. Of internal management in the enterprise communication and how to avoid the impact of information asymmetry. This article is divided into five chapters.The frist chapter is the Introduction. This paper presented the necessary of asymmetric information on the study of the impact of communication in the management, and define many for the management of information asymmetry in communication studies not at home and abroad, specifically the importance of this article. In addition, this paper sets out the summary of the research methods, content and structure and the main innovation.Chapter two is the basic theory of information asymmetry . Generated from the background of asymmetric information,the overview of the information asymmetry theory,information asymmetry and its manifestations,causes of asymmetric information in four aspects and introduce a comprehensive theory of information asymmetry.Chapter three examined the communication of information asymmetry in the performance of management. The main contents of the chapter is the concept of information asymmetry,combined with communication and management.Management communication is divided into horizontal, vertical and oblique three directions, respectively, from the personal and inter-sectoral analysis of the two in terms of the performance of information asymmetry. This chapter is focal point in this paper,and provides the basis for the latter chapter as well.Chapter four is under the management of asymmetric information communication countermeasures. The chapter is based on Chapter III of the research base, the response to the issues raised in Chapter III, the discussion on information asymmetry as to minimize the impact of management communication strategies and methods. Recommendations from the horizontal communication, vertical communication suggested that the proposed oblique communication, and improve channels of communication training to strengthen communication, enhance communication training, communication and culture to shape and optimize the communication between the environmental aspects of specific countermeasures and proposals. Combination of these countermeasures are the actual talk, I believe can be applied in practice, has its valueChapter five is a empirical research for a mobile communications company S which management of the internal communication problems . Through the questionnaire survey, interviews two ways to effectively communicate the company s understanding of existing problems, and analyze the barriers to communication in general, and then based on the analysis of these communication barriers, for an interview found in two types of barriers (personal barriers, organizational barriers ) for the six strategies, including communication between managers, staff communication, cross-cutting departments or centers of communication between, the city with the communication between the county, to improve communication channels, communication training to enhance and create cultural communication nurturing communication environment.By analyzing the examples, which verify the correctness of the theoretical system and practical value.
