Along with the arrival of information time,the economy globalization has realized . In market ecomomy system,the competition between enterprises will be strengthen day by day . According to Darwin's theory of evolution point of the survival of the fittest , Only the competitiveness of enterprises can be survive in a market economy. China bus enterprises want to maintain long-term development in the international competition, it is a practical problems to enterprises. As the core competenceof enterprises is the most valuable strategic assets, Therefore, Each bus companies should be the core competence of the cultivation, Optimize the allocation of resources to enable enterprises to compete in an invincible position and sustainable development.China auto industry has become a pillar industry in national economy ,In recent ,It has a rapid growth, the growth of China's national economy had a profound impact. The bus industry is to speed up development as the part of the auto industry, according to some reports Research data ,it shows that in 2012 the global demand for passenger bus will reach 437,000, This is an increase of 5.4 percent. In the demand of the growth for passenger bus in the world, it has an opportunity to China bus industry, how to seize the opportunity and to upgrade its competitive advantage, it is a problem to managers of China bus industry. There are a low technical content, poor trade performance, small brand problems and so on. In the fierce market competition, China bus industry improve its weak position to build their own core competencies, through the cultivation and maintain of core competencies, China bus industry occupy a favorable position in international competition .According to the theory of core competence, I identified the concept and characteristics of core competence of the China bus industry.
