With the deepening of intelligence,the technology market is increasingly demanded.Under the supporting of national policies,technology companies have become one of the most promising companies in the national economy.Such a fast-growing industry has attracted more and more companies to enter.There are both local and foreign-funded enterprises.In order to occupy a favorable position in the competition,technology companies need to have core competence different from their competitors.H Technology Company has some shortcomings,such as a lacking fund,a low management efficiency,a weak enterprise culture,and a relatively small scale.If the technology company wants to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition,only can by strengthening and improving the core competence.Based on the core competence of technology-based enterprises,this paper puts forward the connotation,characteristics and components of the core competence of technology-based enterprises,on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of core competitiveness at home and abroad,at the same time,analysis the internal and external environment of the H Technology Company,and then summarizes the results of previous research and the experts' opinions,combined with the current situation of the company,uses the SWOT method to analyze the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company,and establishes the evaluation system of the core competitiveness of the company.The analysis of the evaluation system relies on the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The final result indicates that the core competitiveness level of the company is general and finds out the core competitiveness of the company.The problems are as followed: the corporate culture is not in quite right place,the human resources support is insufficient,the market development ability is not good,the staff stability is large,and the human capital open training investment is not taken seriously.In view of the problems existing in the current core competitiveness construction process,this paper proposes corresponding improvement measures,including the correct positioning of enterprises,strengthening the company's internal construction,such as building an excellent corporate culture,strengthening personnel management,enhancing technological innovation capabilities,and designing.Reasonable salary system and performance appraisal system,improve market control ability,such as rational pricing of products,strengthen brand marketing,and improve product promotion strategies.We can hope that the H technology company can be in an invincible position in the market competition.
