In the recent 20 years, the farmers enter a city to work have become the common phenomenon in China, when the rural economy was not booming ,The farmer obtained the income through hiring out for working already become the farmer additionally receiving important center of resistance. Based on the survey of the rural migrant workers in Xinjiang, This article compares Xinjiang rural migrant workers wages to the wage level of migrant workers and the wage for urban workers in Xinjiang, presents the Xinjiang rural migrant workers ' wages present situation. Analyzes the Xinjiang rural migrant workers to affect to Xinjiang economic society's various aspects, and uses the average GDP law to survey the Xinjiang local rural migrant workers' to reach 16.73% in Xinjiang GDP contribution. Through the wage situation of rural migrant workers can be seen they share smaller of the economic fruits. Therefore this article further established the multiple regression model analysis the factor that affect the Xinjiang rural migrant workers wage level, Sex, education level, whether training, whether signed labor contracts, whether to participate in the insurance impact is an important factor that affect rural migrant workers' income. Based on this analysis author proposes the suggestion that consummates the Xinjiang rural migrant workers wages mechanism.
