Research On The Innovation Center In Industrial Clusters

This paper focuses on the the functional role of establishment of an innovation center in the industrial cluster technological innovation activities on the one hand. On the other hand, this paper points and studies the entrepreneurial service functional advantage of innovation center. As the key role of the whole cluster innovation system, innovation center may change parties'innovation activities of the clusters by effectively integration of the party's innovation cluster resources to, so as to promote cluster innovation capability. By constructing the model of demand and supply mechanism of technology and the model of the game, this paper explained how the innovation center of the clusters reduce the opportunism of the main innovator, and reduce transaction costs of technological innovation, stimulate clustering enterprises, universities and research institutions to research and develop cooperation, and realize effective proliferation of technological innovation within the clusters. Through case studies and the ceramic industrial cluster of Nanzhuang in Foshan of field visits and research, this paper analysis the functional advantages of innovation and entrepreneurship played by innovation center from the perspective of the cluster empirically. In this paper, the basic conclusion is: the establishment of the government-led innovation center can enhance innovation capacity of the clusters through suppling information, coordinating actions and punishment mechanism for the role of the clusters to promote innovation activities of the main technological innovations. At the same time, with the cluster innovation center become entrepreneurial incubator potential, but needs logical and active guidance and exploitation then it really works.
