With the arrival of knowledge-driven economy era, human capital has been changed from the traditional concept of the labor force into knowledge workers with modern scientific knowledge and skills. Team plays an important role in carriering knowledge workers' value in enterprises.The work patterns of knowledge-based team has became important basis for internal human resources planning in organizations. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have been fully aware of the importance of effective management of operating team in the the team effectiveness, but, to date, sophisticated theoretical results on knowledge-based team still rare, and existing research results on the effectiveness in the management can not completely meet the characteristics of knowledge-based teams.This paper attempts to explore the the operation mechanism of knowledge-based team effectiveness management and analysis knowledge-based team effectiveness affecting factors deeply according to the latest research of knowledge-based team members' psychological and behavior characteristics. Based on the research literature, adopting the method of combining destruction, this study proposed a knowledge-based team performance influencing factors model assumption in which team member personality, attitude, team interaction and external support are as four parts of independent variables,shared mental model as an intermediary and team effectiveness as dependent variable.Using simulation methods,established 35 knowledge-based teams in batches,and preparated and amended team effectiveness affecting factors questionnaire in six sub-scales, then used independent samples t-test, regression analysis,correlation analysis and level regression analysis to verify the assumptions.Based on an analysis of the results, the model is adjusted and the relationship between the variables are clarifyied. Finally, this article proposes some human resources management strategy recommendations in team members selection, team task design, cross-training and incentive method.
