In the process of credit management, the key of pre-control is classify customer credit rating by customer credit analysis. Accurate credit evaluation could contribute to company revenue loss reduction and cost reduction of post credit management to great extent. However, there is no a set of complete customer rating system in FedEx China, the situation also happen in other big compines such as UPS,DHL and TNT.The various bad debts and payment default result in great loss. As a result, it's necessary to establish a credit rating system for FedEx practically. In the meantime, credit rating system establishment is a complicated problem, it's meaningful in theory.The purpose of this article is to establish a set of complete credit rating system for international industry.1,establish a set of norms used to evaluate credit in the industry.2,establish a credit rating system.
