Research On Socialistic New Countryside Building Land Use In Beibei District Of Chongqing

The building socialistic new countryside undoubtedly plays an historic and important role in the process of constructing a well-being a harmonious society in an all around way. The building socialistic new countryside is an important act in implementing scientific development; it is the necessary request of making sure the smooth development in China's modernization; it is crucial that the key task of building the well-off society in an all round way; it is the persistent drive in keeping stable and faster development of nation's economy; it is the important foundation of constructing social harmonious society; it is the motivation of turning China's way of economic growth from invest-main motive to demand-main motive. Therefore, the central government made an important strategic decision of constructing socialism new rural culture in the sixteenth plenary session of the fifth CPC central committee, which has drawn a brand new blueprint of "manufacture development, wealthy life, rural civilization, rural cleanness, democratic governing" for our country. This paper focuses on how to combine building socialistic new countryside and land use ,to realize scientific development in an all around way, to realize ueban-rural integration,to protect the benefit of farmers,and to realize ueban-rural harmonious development.Based on the project of the project of building socialistic new countryside in Chongqing, and research on physical geography and eco-society status in Beibei District, take the Suxin Village as research object.On the concept of building socialistic new countryside,LUCC, land leasing and agriculture industrialization, and the theory of ethical land use,land optimized distribution and suatainable land use, make research on ways of local land use,and analyse the inner problem. The key point of this paper is the change of land use and the analysis of land use drive, based on it and study on the spot,build the pattern of land use in the process of building socialistic new countryside.At the same time, hand out some questionnaire in the district, to investigate the degree of fanners' satisfaction, and then probe into the problems of land use when building socialistic new countryside,to provide the direction for building socialistic new countryside in Chongqing.
