Knowledge-Based Organization Of Information Resource In Enterprise Under Intelligence Meaning

"Data rich, information poor". Nowadays, the need for enterprise information resource shows different trends and features, thus makes the requirement to be more knowledgeable and more intelligent. For this reason, we should discuss the information resource organization in a certain organization like enterprise under the competitive intelligence frame, combined with the thoughts and methods of knowledge management and with the strategic decision support as the goal. To organize knowledge in accordance with the thoughts and methods of knowledge organization is the inevitable choice for adapting intelligence and knowledge trends in enterprise information resource requirement. The organization of enterprise information resource has its particularity and urgency, and it is out of joint between the existing theories and enterprise practices. The themes discussed in the dissertation are based on the enterprise information resource actuality and its requirements. It combines existing methods, makes some attempts for solving certain contradiction and puzzles within enterprise.Taking the "intelligent" as the essential difference between "intelligence" and "information " and strengthen intelligent attribute as well, it is totally a new angle of view for enterprise information service and IRM. It points out the concrete performance in enterprise IRM realistic predicament by analyzing its causes. It is located reasonably under intelligence meaning, and believes that the IRM is consistent with basic IRM theory. Then the dissertation propose a basic thought on IRM frame under intelligence meaning, thus determine the information resource organization is the main body and core part of IRM. This is the whole keynote and realistic support of this dissertation.The dissertation analyzes two produce modes and four organization modes in enterprise information resource, points out that the feature for knowledge-based organization of enterprise information resource is that to organize it in accordance with the overall requirements to information resource. In addition, the dissertation discusses three kinds of traditional enterprise information resource, concludes its features and points out that the outstanding feature of information resource in existing enterprise is the resource promotion instead of information requirement, the center is the information sources and its contents. Furthermore, the dissertation also points out that the trend of enterprise information resource organization is facing the requirement, and its meaning is intelligence. It believed that the availability is the basic feature for enterprise intelligence-based information resource. Under this basis, this dissertation believes that knowledge resource in enterprise is unseparated with the information resource, and proposes to realize the span-cross from information resource to knowledge resources. This is the object foundation of this dissertation.In this dissertation, the feature of traditional method in enterprise information resource organization bases on information source and contents, saying, the information-based. Its essence part is to organize exiting information according to class and theme. The resource relativity and organization relativity are the dominating features. This dissertation analyzes the series problems on the traditional information organization methods that apply on enterprise, and believed that the information organization method based on semantic and pragmatics are the methods to solve these problems. It points out that knowledge organization is the methodology basis for knowledge-based enterprise information resource organization. But, the knowledge-based organization is not completely equal to the knowledge organization. At the same time, this dissertation put forward a thought about the multidimensional organization to enterprise information resource. It also introduces some methods, such as concept map, semantic network, semantic retrieval.With the discussion above, the dissertation further present, combined with enterprise's practices, a full thought on knowledge-based enterprise information resource under the intelligence meaning. With the basis of evaluation, layout and integration, it provides a basic method to achieve and abstract requirement of enterprise information resource, determine the enterprise knowledge clue, realize the transformation of tacit knowledge and so on. Meanwhile, through the establishment of knowledge resource database and knowledge navigation layer, abstract relevant concepts and their relationship in enterprise, establish the core-technology-based enterprise knowledge map, so as to realize the knowledge-based organization of enterprise information resource from knowledge requirement abstract accordingly.
