The Research On Some Enterprise Information Resource Organization Schema Under The Knowledge Alliance Environment

The knowledge alliance is a long term federation in which enterprises can get the technologies and abilities from other members as well as providing the new one to the others. The aim of this federation is learning and create new know ledges to make all the members can benefit. And the enterprises enter the federation of their own accord. In the federation, in order to implement their manage target and tent, the enterprises can adopt some given organizations, approaches, systems, persons, technologies and tools to manage the information which they can get from all kinds of ways including the patent , experience and market condition, and so on. They can mange the information in scientific way and make use of it in a reasonable way to form a function and system by which the enterprises can improve their core competition. This is the organizing pattern of information resources required by the enterprises urgently in the global economy world.Now in the outside or inside our country the researches on the enterprises'information organizing pattern which is under the Knowledge alliance are on the elementary step. And the research result is rare. this paper, the writer analysis the related data and the development of the knowledge alliance and enterprise information resources management. The technology strategies and approaches of how to reform the enterprises'information resources including the design of SOA, the technology of collaborative virtual environments and data mining. Basing on the samples of HAIER, the enterprises'information organizing pattern under the Knowledge alliance is discussed from the three aspects including the enterprises'own, the trade, and the specialty. At the same time in order to distinguish whether the information organizing pattern is successful or not, the Configure assessment Architecture of enterprise information resource and Blurry integrated method are also provided combining with some examples.Considering the rapid development of e-business, information transmission and information technique, this paper, proposes a new mode of organizing enterprises information resources with a information alliance from the angle of strategic development of enterprises and enhancing competitiveness, that is, a combination of public blog, IM, SNS and Tag. With the analysis of this mew mode, it is proved that this new mode can combine various information resources such as public blog, IM, SNS and Tag together and link all kinds of alliances enterprises with consumers, experts and managers to form a giant virtual stage. Various enterprises can carry on some inter-activities through the stage and acquire the knowledge, information and service they need, thus to gradually enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.
