Research On Tax Saving For Xinlian Group Corporations

Tax saving is very popular in developed countries. But in our country, it is just a new thing. People don't have enough knowledge about it , and just have a starting applies. As we know, in the condition of market economy, as a real corporate body, tax expenditure is the important component of operation cost of the company. Maximizing profit is the main object of xinlian group corporations in their business operation. With the improvement of management of government's tax collection, it's a realistic problem for xinlian group corporations to save tax or minimize the payment of tax by reasonable way through integrated tax saving. Considering the above fact, this paper in the light of the company's circumstance, has a systematic analysis and research about the theory and the apply of tax saving, and then ,puts forward an integrated tax saving solution by using interrelated knowledge what I've learned on MBA courses.In the paper, firstly, I introduce the conception, characteristics and the significance of tax saving; talk about the differents of tax saving, tax dodging, and tax evasion. Then, I summarize the eight technologies of tax saving .It make tax saving realistic. At last, the solutions are put forward for the issues of xinlian group corporations.I strive to make the paper of tax saving perfect and hope that it will be useful to xinlian group corporations.
