The Value Demands Of Saving Society

In contemporary, the shortages of natural resource and the deterioration of ecological environment have become a bottleneck which seriously restricts the development of world economy. China is relative shortage of resources, the traditional mode of economic growth has overwhelmed the environment and resources which makes natural ecosystems tend to collapse. In this context, our Party puts forward the strategic goal of building saving society. Resource-saving society is a social system that aims at supporting sustainable development of society,makes the efficient recycling of natural resource as the core, and adopts comprehensive administrative measures such as economic, technological, legal, administrative and moral measures in production, circulation, consumption and other areas to improve resource utilization, thereby achieves optimum economic and social interests.From the perspective of economic philosophy, this article makes use of value analysis elaborates the characteristics, structure and function of saving society,reveals that saving society makes saving as values. further explores values included in saving society, interprets that should achieve value requirements and value target under such values, and on this basis points the approach to achieve its value, thus makes a useful exploration for researching saving social.
