Research On Sustainable Development Of Construction Industry In Shaanxi Province

Construction industry should carry through sustainable development even more to conform with the tide of history as the pillar industry of national economy, for the basic thought of sustainable development penetrates step by step through each field of social economy currently. The thesis constructed the general index system of sustainable development of construction industry combining the characteristics of construction industry, whereas people's cognition about sustainable development of construction industry is still resting on the phase of subjective analysis. Besides, the thesis made the integrated evaluation to the sustainable development of construction industry in Shaanxi province on adopting the single method and the combined method, on the basis of reflecting the real data of each field of sustainable development in construction industry in Shaanxi province. The thesis also carried out the quantitative analysis of sustainable development of construction industry in Shaanxi province, which can offer scientific gists for the rational establishment of countermeasure of sustainable development of construction industry in Shaanxi province.The thesis calculated the index of sustainable development of construction industry in Shaanxi province from 1999 to 2003, which does help for us to know the developmental level and trend of construction industry in Shaanxi province, to judge whether the construction industry in Shaanxi province is going forward, falling back or keeping stagnant and take corresponding measures to the instances appearing.
