The Context Of Building New Countryside And Pastoral Areas In Inner Mongolia Of Human Resource Development

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region building a new socialist countryside and pastoral areas is the key to human resource development. Only by strengthening the agricultural and pastoral areas of human resource development, training a literate, skilled, will operate a new type of farmers and herdsmen to the heavy population burden into adult power resources, agricultural and pastoral areas for the new building to provide intellectual support and personnel security, better promote socialist harmonious society.
