The Study To The Wage Level Of Migrant Rural Workers And Influencing Factors In Zhucheng

In recent years, with the strengthened force to the adjustment of agricultural structure and the accelerated process of urbanization, the scale of peasant migrant rural workers is getting larger and larger, and the team has become an important force to the urban construction and the development of township enterprises. It should be focused that the lawful rights and interests of migrant rural workers have been subjected to different degrees of violation. Many problems have become social concerned hot topics such as social insurance, labor protection, wage arrears, education of their children. The problem of wage income for the migrant rural workers is the crux to solve the problem. In some areas there are many group unexpected incidents such as collective petitions and strikes caused by arrears of wages. These problems cause serious harm to social stability and people's lives and property security. The above-mentioned problems have aroused the concern of the author. Therefore, through the research of Zhucheng in Shandong Province, the author selects the analysis of influencing factors to the migrant rural workers wage as a research subject.The problem of wages for migrant rural workers is a long-standing problem and has complex economical, legal and social reasons. This paper conducts a full investigation and has face-to-face communication with the migrant rural workers in Zhucheng of Shandong Province, or takes the form of a questionnaire survey for detailed understanding to the working conditions and wages of migrant rural workers in the secondary and tertiary industries. The author fetches a large amount of datum, and combines theory with practice, and applies the research method in economics to combine the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze and research the local wage level of migrant rural workers and influencing factors.In order to study the wage level of migrant rural workers, the author analyses the survey datum from three aspects in terms of the comparison to the wages of migrant rural workers and farmers and urban residents, the migrant rural workers and relevant people, and the comparison to the wages for migrant rural workers of local and other economic strong counties. The author studies the factors affecting the wages of migrant rural workers, and analyzes economic development level, trade difference, social insurance, and their own factors to the impact on wage level of migrant rural workers, such as educational attainment, skills training, age, gender and so on. It puts forward the security countermeasures to improve and guarantee the wage level of migrant rural workers. It proposes some suggestions from the aspects of using the role of human resources market, strengthening the role of government and functional departments, and gives measures and suggestions to improve the qualities and safeguard the rights and interests of migrant rural workers.
