The paper summarizes the present situation of the yellow phosphorus tail gas in the domestic,and the importance of comprehensive utilizing the yellow phosphorus tail gas. The paper discusses the properties, the uses, the market prospect of formamide, and the present status of industrial producing formamide. The paper discusses the temperature swing adsorption (TSA), pressure swing adsorption (PSA) application principle and industrialized widely. The paper discusses the necessity of deoxidation, desulfurization, removing acidic component in chemical industry,The paper provides industrial basis for yellow phosphorus of cleaning production of reducing air pollution, comprehensive utilization of resources.The difference between the synthetic process of formamide one step and the two step synthesis of formamide process. The effects of different types of optimization experiment of catalyst for one step synthesis of formamide. The paper tests to determine that the two formamide sodium was the best catalyst. The test have determined the requirements for synthetic gas and impurities content. By using chemical method, physical adsorption method for purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas purification of yellow phosphorus tail gas CO the content from the85%-90%(Vol%) to98.5%(Vol%) above. We have designed the engineering device of2500Nm3/h PSA-CO in purifying yellow phosphorus tail gas. The purified gas quality index are CO (vol%)≥98.5%, the content of sulfur≤10mL/m3,CO2≤100mL/m3,H2O≤100mL/m3.This paper studies the influence of catalyst, solvent, temperature, pressure, and impurity on one step synthesis of formamide. In this paper, we are engineering design of test device1kt/a of formamide. The optimum reaction conditions are reaction pressure3.0-3.5MPa, reaction temperature120-135℃, catalyst two formamide sodium salt (the amount of system weight of2%), the reactor space time yield500-800L/m3.h,the reaction conversion rate99.0%, and the reaction selectivity97.5%.Based on the experiment of technical data, we design the yellow phosphorus tail gas one-step synthesis of formamide30kt/a of industrialization device and study for the safety, environmental protection, energy saving in design industrialization. So it provides the feasibility of industrialization for the yellow phosphorus of cleaning production, reducing air pollution, comprehensive utilization of resources.
