Research On High Water Cut Oil Field Injection System Development Comprehensive Adjustment Technology

Water injection flooding is an important exploitation mode during development of theoilfield, water injection system is a continuous and inclosed hydraulic system, it is constitutedby nodes that include many water injection stations, water-distributing rooms, wells, andpipelines, every component part restricts and affects each other, and forms one entirety.Currently,the energy efficiency analysis of water injection flooding can just analyze idealizedwater injection pipeline.But the energy efficiency analysis of water injection flooding can notanalyze many network elements.Such as influence on the whole pipelines’ energy of elbowsand three links,etc.The incorrect of research model because the lose sight on details of waterinjection flooding. My project will commence deeply study of the system through the waterinjection flooding.And the paper will establish structure and mathematical models of waterinjection flooding.And the paper will also design simulation and optimization softwaresystem of water injection pipeline.The pressure loss and energy loss of the whole pipelinewere studied.And analyze the efficiency and the wellhead pressure of pipeline.And alsoCalculate local constraints and overall constraints of flow.Establish a common model pumpwith the actual equal to theoretical.Thus analyze the entire water system pressure,energy andefficiency.Pressurized single well of high pressure booster, thus reducing the pressure andenergy consumption throughout the injection system.The text of the algorithm can not onlydetermine the critical pipeline, but also can be used to verify the correctness of theconclusions simulation analysis and on-site analysis.Applying model and solution methodscan prepare water injection flooding system simulation and optimization software.Achieveinjection system simulation and optimization.
